Finca Monte de Cutamilla is a unique enclave in the heart of the province of Guadalajara, offering an exclusive and natural setting for the celebration of corporate events. Located in the hamlet of Moratilla de Henares, just an hour from Madrid and close to the medieval city of Sigüenza, this 1,200-hectare estate combines history, luxury and sustainability in one place.​

14th century origins

The origins of Monte de Cutamilla date back to the 14th century, when King Alfonso XI included it in the Inventory of Royal Hunting Grounds in 1325.
Later, in the second half of the 19th century, the Duke of Pastrana built the current Art Nouveau palace, which served as a residence for the nobility and royalty of the time, including visits by Queen Regent María Cristina and King Alfonso XII.
The estate also had a private railway station, facilitating the access of illustrious personalities. .

The waters that supply the manor house are classified as Natural Mineral Waters of Public Utility and were bottled under the brand name "Fontemilla". . Now the brand name FontVella exploits these waters and bottles them for the whole of Spain.

Historic nature reserve: The estate is part of a nature reserve that preserves the biodiversity and landscape of the Henares river valley. In fact, Kerencias has reached an agreement with the owners to be able to carry out conservation and cleaning tasks in the river for those who wish to do this work on a voluntary basis.​

Haute cuisine
Chef Mara Onsés, trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and owner of the estate, heads the kitchen at Monte de Cutamilla. Her team, Maracatering, offers personalised menus combining traditional and signature cuisine, adapted to the needs and preferences of each client.
